1. MECHANICAL TECHNICIAN (Code MT 01) : with experience and
knowledge in the repair and maintenance of heavy mechanical
equipment, forklift trucks, diesel engines, hoists, air compressor,
plant machinery as well as general hydraulic and pneumatic
equipment.
2. ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN (Code ET 02) : with experience and
knowledge in the repair and maintenance of overhead electrical
cranes, electric motor driven compressors, welding equipment, motors
and associated drivers.
3. TECHNICAL MANAGER – VALVES (TM 12) : experience in the
repair, overhaul and calibration of safety valves, control valves,
pneumatic & hydraulic actuators and on-line testing of valves.
Petrochemical site and/or offshore working essential. The candidate
will be expected to manage ; manage team of valve technicians, carry
out site surveys and prepare proposal, develop team and department
capabilities and visit customers regularly.
4. TECHNICAL MANAGER-SPECIALIST SERVICES (SS 13) : experience
in the repair, overhaul and of electrical equipment used in
hazardous areas. Additional experience on cranes, compressors
actuators would be advantageous. Petrochemical site and/or offshore
working experience essential. The candidate will be expected to;
manage team of electrical technicians, carry out site surveys and
prepare proposal, develop team and department capabilities and visit
customers regularly.
5. VALVE TECHNICIAN (VT 03) : with knowledge and experience in
refurbishment, repair, overhaul and calibration of all types of
valves and control systems. Expertise in the repair of
pneumatic/hydraulic actuators and oilfield equipment will be
essential. Site and/or offshore working experience essential.
6. METERING TECHNICIAN (MT 04) : with knowledge in the
calibration of system and equipment used in the metering and flow
measurement including transmitters, flow meters, PD meters, provers,
orifice plates and densitometers.
7. SEAL TECHNICIAN (ST 05) : with knowledge and experience to
repair, assemble and testing of mechanical seals used in oil and gas
industries. Expertise in lapping of seal faces and analyzing the
seal failure. Knowledge of dry gas seals will be preferred. Minimum
qualification of degree or diploma holders preferably in Mechanical
Engineering.
8. CALIBRATION ENGINEERS (CE 06) : with experience in
electrical, pressure and temperature calibration standards and
working within an accredited environment. There will also be a
requirement to work on site on metering skids calibrating field
instrumentation and previous experience is essential. The typical
qualification expected is an engineering degree in a related subject
such as electronic or physic.
9. HYDRAULIC TECHNICIAN (HT 07) : with knowledge and experience
in troubleshooting and repairing heavy equipment. Also inspecting,
repairing, and maintaining heavy equipment such as excavators, wheel
loaders, backhoe loaders, skid steer loader etc. Maintains all
repair records including parts, fluids, labor, repair work and
mileage.
10. ELECTRICAL WIREMEN (EW 08) : with knowledge and relevant
experience in reading of electrical control wiring diagram, wiring
of switchgear and electrical components. Must experience in assembly
of low voltage panel boards/switchboards.
11. BUSBAR FITTER (BF 09) : with knowledge in busbar fabrication
and assembly of busbar. Must have experience in assembly of low
voltage pane board/switchboard.
12. DRAUGHTSMAN (D 10) : with knowledge and experience in the LV
switchboards assembly with excellent knowledge of AutoCAD. Expertise
in electrical controls, preparation of general arrangement drawings,
single line diagrams, bill of materials etc. Must have experience in
assembly of low voltage panel boards/switchboards.
13. TOWER CRANE ERECTORS (TCE 11) : with knowledge in erection
of tower cranes, mast climbing platform and hoists used in the
construction of high rise building.
