One of the largest Chinese overseas invested project in type of BOOT
undertaken PALEMBANG 150 MW GFCC power plant project of Indonesia
was successful in open cycle power generation on September 2nd 2004,
and has supplied power with the capacity more than 100 MW
continuously to PLN\’s grid already since that date. This project is
the first large sized overseas invested project in type of BOOT in
China. During over three years of preparation work and more than one
year of engineering and procurement and less than one year
construction, under the concern, support and help of the leadership
of national departments concerned, ASRIGITA and the primary EPC\’s
constructor - China National Chemical Engineering Corporation
(CNCEC) & CHENGDA Engineering Corporation of China (CHENGDA)
overcame numerous difficulties and achieved the fruit of friendship
of Sino-Indonesia people by our hardworking - PALEMBANG 150 MW GFCC
Power Plant. The successful power generation of this project is a
successful try to respond to the call of \’Going Out\’ strategy of
the Chinese Government, by which the country have prepared firm
foundation for other large sized overseas invested engineering
projects undergoing and to be performed in Indonesia. We shall
continue to follow the instruction of the strategy policy of \’Going
Out\’ of the goverment, hold together and make strenuous efforts to
win over greater achievements.
Lowongan Kerja:Senior Tax Manager
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsibilities:
• Control, Prepare and Submit monthly report of all sort of taxation
to Tax office
• Manage, Control and Maintain all journal and ledger for reconciled
to Tax accounting report
• Manage, Control and prepare Tax return (Annually report )
• Keep of good relationship for Tax People (Tax Account Officer) at
Medium Tax Office
• Advise, control and Solve all Tax Problem in all function
department and all level (accounting, Finance, Marketing/Sales
Department and Board of Director)
• Liaison, Prepare report and Negotiate for all Tax Audit problem
from Tax Office (Kantor Pusat Pajak, Kantor Wilayah, Kantor
Pemeriksaan Pajak
• Prepare and submit of Tax objection letter to Tax Office in any
case of Tax dispute
• Prepare report and coordinate with outsource Tax Consultant in any
case of rejection of Tax objection letter and submit report to Tax
Court (Majelis Pertimbangan Pajak)
• Contribute and control all aspect rule and policy at accounting
and finance department
• Prepare of Taxation material for Accounting
Requirements:
• Having 5 years experience in Tax
• Good English Skill, Mandarin would be Prefferable
• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation required
• Minimum of 2 years in a managerial role
• Strong attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to solve problems and offer solutions
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office is required with
advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Willing to place work in Palembang Jobsite.
